Hiphop is Here – A Dia de los Muertos Celebration

Using visual arts to honor hiphop’s dearly departed, Hiphop is Here – a one day event on Tuesday, November 1^st from 12p-4pm at the Hiphop Archive & Research Institute – unites commemorating hiphop and rap pioneers’ cultural impact and achievements with a traditional Dia de los Muertos-style celebration. Come join and meet other Harvard hiphop academics! Turntables will be spinning all day with tunes from our dearly departed. Mexican food and drinks will be provided.
