After members of the Harvard-Radcliffe Association of African and Afro-American Students (AFRO) attended a faculty meeting earlier in the week that failed to come to a resolution regarding the fate of the Black Studies program, AFRO hosted an “office hours” event for faculty to drop in to further discuss their demands. AFRO President Leslie F. Griffin, Jr. ’70 (seated) indicated that, “This was an educational session for you about our proposal.” Pictured with Griffin is Wesley E. Profit ’69 (standing).
