Join us at [The Cambridge Main Public Library](https://transitionmagazine.fas.harvard.edu/?page_id=5643)for a Teach-In and Benefit for [Mutual Aid Sudan Coalition](https://www.mutualaidsudan.org/) on February 12, 2026 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Contributors to our current issue on Sudan, [Fatin Abbas](https://www.fatinabbas.com/), [Alex De Waal](https://fletcher.tufts.edu/academics/faculty/alex-de-waal), [Nisrin Elamin](https://speakingoutofplace.com/2025/10/26/discussing-the-sudanese-solidarity-collective-with-nisrin-elamin-supporting-mutual-aid-resistance-organizations/), and [Alden Young](https://history.yale.edu/people/alden-young), as well as members of the local Sudanese community, will speak and discuss the present-day conflict in Sudan, its roots, what stands to be lost, and how to move toward a lasting peace.
