 Join award-winning Producer/Co-Director Paula J. Caplan in a discussion about the continued execution of persons with Intellectual Disabilities (low IQs) despite a 2002 SCOTUS ruling that such executions are illegal. Caplan, who is completing a film on the topic called Execution by the Numbers, will preview the trailer and join others in a conversation about this troubling reality.
