The Ethelbert Cooper Gallery of African & African American Art
Welcome to the Cooper Gallery! We are a Harvard University Gallery featuring contemporary African and African American art in exhibitions and installations: imagined by curators, faculty, artists, and guests. In our exquisite gallery space designed by David Adjaye, we are in conversation with diverse cultures, art archives, and historical traditions. Our programming offers a myriad of events ranging from: local engagements, workshops, and artist talks; to symposia and lectures. We look forward to sharing our exhibitions and gallery events with you!
